This mount has been specifically designed to affix (via four screws) to a standard (2.5" x 2.5") aviation instrument hole! Once the base has been attached to your panel, the combo's infinitely adjustable arm allows you to fine-tune your gadget's position until it's exactly where you want it.In addition to enabling users to locate their tablets anywhere from 3 1/4" to 10 1/2" from the instrument panel, the Flex Arm's trio of independently operating joints make adjusting the gadget's viewing angle a breeze. The central, primary control knob joint boasts a full 360° of maneuverability, and each of the two (mini ball head) end joints can rotate up to 105°. The third component, the kit's Universal Sport Cradle Mount, is the icing on the cake. Setting a new standard in flexibility, the cradle uses a pair of hefty quick-release knobs to allow users to alter the length of its durable dual arms, therefore enabling the unit to accommodate virtually any size tablet computer - with or without a case! Once secured to the mount, the cradle can also spin through a full 360°, so alternating between Portrait and Landscape viewing angles is essentially a non-event.
